Berkay Kardes, EMBA
Berkay Kardeş graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and started his career in Eczacıbaşı VitrA group. He began his career as a Customer Service Specialist and continued in the UK VitrA office as Customer Relations Supervisor. Later on, he worked as Senior Product Manager and Marketing Manager. In 2011, he moved to the Akzo Nobel Group and worked as Brands Manager and lastly as Marketing Manager in Akzo Nobel Marshall Executive Board in Turkey.
He has gained expertise in product marketing, budget management, P&L Management, collaborating with international designers, SKU management, profitability, pricing and market development especially in the field of sales & marketing. He completed his Executive MBA program in 2014 and solidified his knowledge of professional business life with Capsim Business Simulations. He is working to spread business simulation solutions from modern learning models as a practitioner of “Learn by Doing, Enjoy by Learning”.
