Who is it for?

In blended trainings, Capsim consultants can prepare feedback reports for each participant using structured tracking methods. The characteristics of the reports include concrete examples based on on-site observations and offer practical development recommendations. TeamMATE prepares individual development proposals in light of evaluations made on the basis of team and individual participants. The evaluation is completed in approximately fifteen minutes and results can be used for professional development. It can be easily used at any management level or on the line of work.

Easily Evaluate Team Dynamics

Participants complete an evaluation survey to measure team dynamics and individual performance. This survey includes a total of 37 questions for both individual performance and team performance. As a result of this evaluation, 5 different dimensions of team dynamics and 4 different dimensions of individual performance are measured and reported with raw data and graphics.
